Shipping & Policies

Ordering & Shipping Methods:

  • WestCoast Products & Design LLC use both USPS (United States Postal Service) and FedEx to provide flexible and reliable service.
  • Freight and palletized shipping can be arranged
  • We can ship to almost any country, for some reason if shipping is not showing up for your location. Please contact us through the HelpDesk/Contact Form.
  • Orders before 1 P.M. PST will be shipped out the same day for any in-stock products.
  • Orders chosen for USPS are not guaranteed, if they are lost/not delivered WCP does not offer any refund, replacement or any compensation of any kind. 

Shipping Errors:

  • Claims for shipping shortages, errors, or defective materials must be in writing and received by WestCoast Products & Design LLC within ten (10) days after receipt of shipment by the buyer. Failure to make such claims within the stated period shall constitute an irrevocable acceptance of the goods and an admission that the goods fully comply with all the terms and conditions of the buyer's order.

Return Policies:

  • WestCoast Products & Design LLC warrants its products to be free of defects in both material and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by or resulting from repairs, service or alterations to the product or any of its parts, or damage or defects caused by negligence, accident, abuse, misuse, improper or abnormal usage or maintenance of this product or its parts. If replacement parts are needed, please contact us via the help desk link in the footer.
  • There is a restocking fee. 10% for items that are still in the package, 25% for items that are not in the package.
  • Returns are allowed up to 30 days from the date of delivery.
